She was born in Beeville on May 3, 1934.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Anita Delagarza and Orville Neuhaus.
Survivor’s include three daughters, Ethel Garza of Refugio, Bernice Macias of Bayside and Susan Gaitan of Beeville; two sons, John Sanchez III of Youngville, La., and Gabriel Sanchez of Beeville; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was recited Wednesday, April 4, at 9 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church. Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m.
Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery.
