On May 6, Mission 4-H met at the city hall for its monthly meeting.

Mr. Montemayor discussed our clubs by-laws. Our club did change several by-law including one which requires each club member to attend four meetings per year to stay a member of our club. Our monthly meetings will continue to be held the first Sunday of each month at 5 p.m. at the city hall.

Election of the 2012-2013 officers was also held. Officers for the new rear are MaKayla Havens, president; Seth Ponce, vice-president; Michelle Rosas, reporter; Kelsey Castellano, secretary; Joseph Montemayor, treasure; Austin Ochoa, parlimentarian; and Jonathan Havens, council delegate.

We adjourned our meeting and had refreshment including several types of meat, fruit and vegetable trays. Our club would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Montemayor for their time and dedication to our club.

Submitted by Seth Ponce.
