WJH boys lose in hard-fought match

The Woodsboro White team competed in the Port Aransas tournament on Saturday, Jan.31. The Eaglets fell to the Marlins in the first game, and then dropped the second game to St. James.

“The kids are getting better in a lot of areas and their attitude is good,” said Coach Keith Williams. “They’re good workers and we’ll continue to work.”

Competing for the Eaglets are Tyler Galbreath, Zack Lopez, Zeke Montalvo, Dustin Wilson, Justin Fierova, Jamie Grasham, Dylan Jochetz, David DeLeon, and Garrett Horner.

The last game of the season will be on Monday, Feb.9 in Yorktown.
