The Refugio Community Cemetery Association will conduct the gospel music festival at 7 p.m. at the Refugio Community Center in honor of Black History Month in February.
Local groups, area choirs and soloists are invited to be part of the mass choir. Anyone wishing to be part of this choir, is asked to attend the practice session.
The gospel music festival is free of charge and refreshments will be served.
