The Refugio Junior High Lady Cat track teams competed in their first meet of the season this past Thursday in Aransas Pass.

“Although the junior high meets do not keep track of points, the ladies represented Refugio well,” said Coach Amy Ramsey.

The seventh grade class has only eight young ladies competing in track.

“In spite of the small numbers, these young ladies competed with heart and class,” Ramsey said.
