The Three Rivers Bulldogs started the scoring with a touchdown in the first quarter of the game with the Shiner Comanches. But that was the only time the team led Friday night, Oct. 25.

The Comanches finished the game with a 35-12 defeat of the Bulldogs.

It was Wesley Guzman who took the ball in the end zone during the first quarter, but the extra point attempt failed, leaving the score 6-0, Bulldogs.

Shiner responded several times, the first at 8:52 left in the first quarter with an extra 2-point score, leaving the score at 8-6.

From that point, the Comanches dominated the game. Three Rivers was able to put another 6 points on the scoreboard, but at the end of the first half, the score was 22-12.

Three Rivers did not score again, and the Comanches scored twice in the second half, finishing out with a win, 35-12.
