Survivors include his mother, Barbara Tucker of Manor; father, Darrel Phillips; step-mother Martha Chilton of Austin; one sister, Julie “Gale” Hansen of Manor; two nephews, Duncan Hansen and Dylan Hansen.
The funeral service will be held at Moore Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, Oct. 27, at 1 p.m.
