The Martin Muñoz family is concerned with the appearance of a cemetery in the community of Clareville and are seeking help to do something about it.

In an effort to clean and clear it up, they are setting up a monthly clean-up day starting Saturday, Nov. 24, at 9 a.m. and hope others will join them.

Anyone interested in volunteering their time to mow, pick up litter, weed-eat, haul off trash and general maintenance are urged to roll up their sleeves and help tidy up the place where many loved ones are buried. Volunteers are asked to bring their gloves and equipment, such as weed eaters, lawn mowers, rakes, hoes, etc.

If for some reason you cannot physically help out but would like to make a donation toward the purchase of gas or upkeep of equipment and cemetery, that would be greatly appreciated.

For more information, contact Martin Muñoz at 354-8632 or Elsa Munoz at 354-8607.
