“The Lady Red Fish played stifling defense in the first half of the competition,” said coach Zach Crawford.
The Lady Reds limited the Lady Indians to only 4 points in the first half of play and ended the quarter 14 to Pawnee’s 4.
“During the second half the Lady Red Fish ran a very disciplined zone defense allowing no points in the third quarter,” Crawford said.
The Lady Reds allowed only 2 points the 4th quarter.
Leading scorers for the Lady Red Fish are Kenzi Simmons, 16, Ashlee Sims, 14, and Teah Camacho, 2.
