The Lady Horn Volleyball Team finished the 2012 season with a district record of 14-0 and a season record of 36-5. The Lady Horns posted the most wins in a season in the history of the volleyball program. George West earned a spot in the regional tournament by defeating Goliad in the area match 27-25; 25-23; 25-23 and Marion in the regional quarterfinal match 25-8; 25-17; 25-20. The Lady Horns were defeated by Poth in the regional semifinals.
