He was born Oct. 15, 1929 in Goliad.
Survivors include his wife Hazel Brown of Refugio; daughters Felicia (Elvin) Diaz of Colorado Springs, Colo., Phyliss Brown of Refugio, Thelma Brown of Victoria, Mildred Moore and Marilyn Smith, both of Refugio, Carolyn Epps of Houston; sons Kenneth Brown of Refugio, Howard Miles of Sinton, William (Tammy) Miles of Victoria; 22 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren;
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 4, in Moore Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Service will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 5, at Moore Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Refugio Community Cemetery.
