REFUGIO — Estanislada G. Cuellar, 81, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013.

She was born June 27, 1931, in Harlingen to Encarnacion Guerrero and Eduvijes Ramirez.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rafael P. Cuellar; her son, Rafael Cuellar II; brother, Juan Guerrero; and in-laws, Gregorio and Luisa Cuellar.

Survivors include her daughters, Olivis (Joe) Guerrero, Susan (Severo) Andrade, Mary (Jospeh) Garcia, all of Refugio, Linda (Gil) Sable of Wisconsin and Norma Cuellar of Michagan; her sons, G.A. ”Smiley” (Nora) Cuellar of Refugio, Robert (Elida) Cuellar of Michigan, Ralph Cuellar and Fred (Lydia) Cuellar, both of Woodsboro, Armando (Connie) Cuellar of Arlington and John Cuellar of North Carolina; sisters, Anita Vela and Pancha Garza, both of Harlingen, Petra Garcia of Mercedes and Maria Alvarez of Florida; 23 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

A rosary was recited Tuesday, Jan. 8, at Moore Funeral Home Chapel at 7 p.m. Mass was celebrated on Wednesday Jan. 9, at 10 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church.

Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Thomas Andrade, Rudy Cuellar, Randy Garcia, Robert Cuellar Jr., Fred Cuellar and Daniel Cuellar.
