In the last year, the Good Samaritan Ministries has assisted hundreds of senior citizens, individuals and indigent families. This was possible because of local support of churches, organizations, businesses and individuals.
Whether you gave through groups or sent contributions, we are very grateful for your support. The food you gave extended over resources, and your monetary donations paid for food bank orders, utilities and operating expenses.
As grateful as we are for the contributions, we must express our thanks to the dozens of volunteers who gave selflessly of their time, energy and efforts. The board of trustees, the secretaries, office workers – ladies who sort and arrange donated items, trustees from the jail who stock the shelves, carry-out and do the heavy work – all have made it possible for us to better serve the needs of those less fortunate than ourselves. Thanks to all of them.
With your continued support, the Good Samaritan Ministries will be a local charity doing God’s will, (John 21:17 for all of the citizens in this community.
