Dubose
Dubose was nabbed by Refugio Police Department Police officers and Texas Department of public Safety Agents and Troopers as he was about to leave his residence in Refugio.
Dubose was arrested for an outstanding warrant and found to be in Possession of a Controlled Substance. Dubose was incarcerated at the Refugio County Jail and charged with Manufacturing/Delivery of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Chief of Police Andy Lopez Jr. stated that the Refugio Police Department will continue it’s efforts in discouraging the illegal distribution of drugs in our community.
