Fourteen indictments were handed down by the Live Oak County grand jury on Feb. 28 in Distict Judge Joel Johnson’s court.

Here are the list of indictments:

Brad William Callender, 32 of Corpus Christi, on one count driving while intoxicated -third offense.

Callendar was out on $5,000 bond.

Reynaldo Casas, 24 of George West, two counts of drug charges including possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine less than a gram and possession of a controlled substance, conianceless than a gram.

Casas is out on a $5,000 bond.

Ramiro Gonzalez, 21 of Kingsville, on one count possession of a controlled substance- cocaine one to four grams but less than 200 grams.

Gonzlez is out on a $15,000 bond.

Joshua James Ortiz, 22 of Sinton, on one count possession of a controlled substance- cocaine one to four grams but less than 200 grams.

Ortiz is out on a $15,000 bond.

Ramon Rodriguez, 24 of Beeville,on one count possession of a controlled substance- cocaine one to four grams but less than 200 grams.

Rodriguez is out on a $15,000 bond.

Leonardo Flores, 51 of Dickinson, one count of driving while intoxicated -third offense.

Rodriguez is out on a $5,000 bond.

Joseph Latham, 32 of George West, five counts of exploitation of the elderly and one count of theft of a firearm.

Out on a $10,000 bond.

Michael Brandon Niembro, 26 of George West, one count assault family violence- prior conviction.

Niembro is out on $20,000 bond.

Michael Brandon Niembro, 26 of George West, one count assault family violence- prior conviction.

Niembro is out on $10,000 bond.

Michael Brandon Niembro, 26 of George West, one count evading arrest/ detention with vehicle.

Niembro is out on a $20,000 bond.

Niembro is currently in custody and has not made the $5,000 bond.

Jessica Annette Rivas, 25 of George West, one count of credit card abuse.

Rivas is out on a $5,000 bond.

Niembro is out on a $5,000 bond.

Fidel Soriano Jr.,45 of Beeville one count of a possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram on cocaine.

Soriano is out on a $15,000 bond.

Matthew James, 25 of Sandia, one count of buglary of habitation.

Wells is currently in custom of TDCJ.
