Mata of San Antonio is a renowned South Texas favorite.
“He travels all over the state,” said Neil Haertig, show organizer.
Local favorite Mandy Nixon performs regularly. Sterling Griffith of Vistoria sings in a Johnny Cash style that keeps his audiences tapping the feet, the organizer said.
Doors open at 5:30 for dinner with show time set for 7 p.m. at the Expo Center at the county fairgrounds.
The food court offers dinner plates for $5, as well as various sandwiches, desserts, snacks, popcorn and drinks. Tickets to the show are $5 per person.
“Be sure to save your stub as many door prizes are given away each month during intermission,” Monrad said.
All proceeds go toward the county scholarship program.
