Next week’s show will feature special guests Ally Coscetti of Refugio, Judy Vickery of Rockport, Randle Edwards of Victoria, along with the award-winning Opry Band.
An up-and-coming young singer on the Opry circuit is Ally Coscetti, who sings country and gospel. Ally has been performing since she was six years old at car shows, Oprys, fundraisers, school functions, nursing homes and at First United Baptist Church in Refugio. The young entertainer is a crowd pleaser wherever she performs.
This show will be Judy’s first time at the Refugio Country Opry, but her reputation as an entertainer precedes her.
Randle once was a regular drum player for the Opry. Randle will be a guest singer this month.
“You’ll like his style,” said Neal Haertig, show organizer.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.
All net proceeds go to the Opry Scholarship fund for graduating seniors from all three county schools.
