Back in open session, the council voted to postpone hiring a municipal court clerk pending an outside audit. The council gave Bauer the authority to negotiate a contract with a certified public accountant with IPFC to conduct an audit of court records.
The council also appointed Mayor Pro Tem Wanda Dukes and Patty Lewis, office clerk, as signators on all accounts at the San Antonio National Bank - Refugio.
