The program required children to draw or paint a picture. No tracing or paint-by-numbers were allowed.
The program started on June 15 and ended on July 23.
Nine kids entered their pictures in the Art Contest. Judging for first, second, and third-place winners of the Art Contest was held at the Beeville Art Museum on July 25 where all of the participants’ creations are being displayed.
Winners of the contest were: Leah Brewer, first place; Amber Clark, second place; and John Ross Carabajal, third place.
