Clifton “Cliff” Cook, 51, died Friday, at his home in Hermosa Beach, C.A. Cliff was a longtime resident of MA and had only recently moved to CA. He was born Oct. 23, 1957 in Refugio, Tx to the Late Spencer Harkins Cook and to the late Alice Lee(Youngblood) Cook.He married his longtime girlfriend, Briana Nelson, on March 28, 2009.He retired in April after 30 years in the automotive industry. Most recently he was the General Manager at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of Clair Toyota in Dedham for over 13 years. When Cliff wasn't working you could find him on the golf course. A favorite quote of his was "Born to golf, forced to work".

He is survived by his wife, Briana Nelson, his son, Ryan Contreras and his companion, Abbie Reis of Newport Beach, CA.; his daughter, Katrina Contreras and her fiance Ian Pemberton of Baltimore, MD.

A memorial celebration will be held August 13th at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club in Boylston, Mass. from 4-8 p.m.
