Applications to vote by mail commences Friday

The Elections Administration Office announces that the last day to register to vote for the Constitutional Amendment Election and Special Election for the purpose of authorizing the offices of Refugio County District and County Clerk to separate, is Monday, Oct. 5.

First day to receive an application for ballot by mail is Friday, Sept. 4. Applications for ballot by mail shall be mailed to: Rachael B. Garcia, Elections Administrator, P.O. Box 452, Refugio, Texas 78377.

Last day for applications for ballot by mail must be received no later than the close of business on Friday, Oct. 27.
