The members of the Refugio Volunteer Fire Dept. would like to send out an apology and a very special thank-you to all our great supporters who came to our dinner on Labor Day.

Our dinner was a great success and we very much appreciate the support we received from the community.

And we are especially appreciative of and uplifted by all our donors who so graciously served, but donated anyway and let us keep the proceeds from their tickets and their donations.

We regret that we were unable to serve everyone this year and we ask that you come back again next year and give us another chance. We have a great group of people in the department and also our non-member helpers who put together a great meal each year and we will have a good dinner next year, (and enough for everyone!)

Thanks again to everyone who participated, either by helping us cook and serve the meal, or by donating all those great desserts, or by donating financially so that we could lessen our expenses on the meal, and last, thanks to all our great supporters who came out and bought tickets to the dinner.

Thanks again, and we apologize for any inconvenience anyone experienced.
