A planning meeting for the 2010 Refugio County Fair Exhibit Building will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. at the Expo Center at the fairgrounds.

The meeting will be held to discuss food, crafts, plants and other exhibits that are displayed at the county fair each year.

“Everyone’s help will be appreciated,” said Gwen Koliba, organizer. “Your ideas to make this the best year yet are greatly needed.”

The committee needs supervisors and volunteers for the exhibit building. If you can volunteer one hour or four days, any time will be appreciated.
