Blanconia 4-H met on Dec. 8. Members were reminded about the mandatory livestock validation on Saturday, Dec. 12, from 6:30-11 a.m., for all animals showing in the 2020 Jr. Livestock Show.
Members were also reminded that a parent needs to attend one Fair Association meeting prior to the Livestock Show in March. There will not be a Fair Association meeting in December.
After the meeting was adjourned, the 4-H members participated in a White Elephant gift exchange, and enjoyed refreshments brought by the 4-H families.
The toys that the 4-H members brought to the meeting will be donated to the S.N.O.W. program in Refugio County. The next Blanconia 4-H meeting will be Tues. Jan. 12. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone!

Bonnie View 4-H Club
Bonnie View 4-H Club held their monthly meeting on Dec. 13. The members were reminded that there would not be a Fair Board meeting until Jan. 18.
Parents were reminded that they need to attend at least one Fair Board meeting. It was discussed that our club would donate a basket to raffle at the Refugio Auction Supporters Dance that will be held on Feb. 27, 2010.
After the meeting was adjourned, members had refreshments and made bags that will be given out to the Adult Center in Refugio for Christmas. The next meeting will be held on Jan. 10.
