Ruben Ortiz Rosales, 32, of Brenham, was arrested on Dec. 25, for DWI/Open alcohol container. Judge Benahm set bond for $1,500.

Juan Bustos, 38, of Houston, was arrested on Dec. 25, for DWI, second offense. Judge Benham set bond at $3000.

Carol Lynn Martinez, 48, of George West, was arrested on Dec. 26, for assault by physical contact/family violence (MC). Judge Benham set bond at $500.

Modesto Cruz Saldana, 48, of George West, was arrested on Dec. 26, for assault by physical contact/family violence. Judge Benham set bond for $500.

Arthur John Biegajski, 65, of Rio Grande City, was arrested on Dec. 28, for possession of marijuana, GT 50lbs. LT = 2,000 lbs. (F2). Released per Judge Welborn on original bond.

Roberto Bernal, 58, of Sandia, was arrested on Dec. 29, for assault causing bodily injury (MA), $1,000 surety bond.

Brian Mahoney, 55, of Canyon Lake, was arrested on Dec. 31, for DWI/Open Alcohol Container. Judge Rayes set bond at $1,200.

John Mathew Saenz, 22, of Three Rivers, was arrested on Jan. 1, for DWI. Judge Benham set bond at $1,500.
