Fall prevention classes at Spohn

Christus Spohn Hospital Beeville is offering “A Matter of Balance”, fall prevention classes beginning Feb. 2. This eight- session evidence based program is designed to take the fear out of falling. Each class is 2 hours long.

Participants must be age 60 and older, ambulatory and be able to problem solve.

Call the Christus Spohn HealthWise VIP office toll free at 1-800-451-3631 to register. The class limit is 20 people per session.

The classes will be held at Christus Spohn Hospital Beeville and are free of charge.
