The business is going in at 416 FM 351 East, the Dollar Tree Retail Center west of the Wal-Mart Supercenter parking lot.
The business will be going into a space next door to the Dollar Tree store and just north of the location of the future Little Caesar’s pizza restaurant.
Construction on the business has not yet begun.
Holland said the store will have 1,580 square feet and construction costs are estimated at $41,000.
