She was a eucharistic minister and a member of the Alter Society.
She was born Nov. 10, 1938 in Uvalde to Delmer D. and Linnie Bell Huddleston.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne L. Beck of 50 years, from Refugio; two daughters and their husbands, Connie Sue and Charles Sanders of Antlers, Okla., Charlotte and Dick O’Brien of Beeville; one son, Jeffrey Beck and wife Lisa of Refugio; four sisters, twin sister Peggy Chesser of San Antonio, Martha Patterson of Dallas, Ginger Gallegos of Baytown, Betty Kinser of Olney; three brothers, Wynn Huddleston of Tyler, Delmer Huddleston of Plano, Harold Huddleston of Uvalde; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A rosary was recited on Tuesday, March 30 at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Refuge.
Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, March 31 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Scott Smith, Walter Smith, Spencer Smith, Colton Airhart, Carter Airhart and Justin Beck.
