Kasie Fierova strikes gold in Yorktown

Woodsboro High School golfer Kasie Fierova won a first place medal with a 90 in the Yorktown tournament during Spring Break.

She also shot a 95 to garnered a fourth place medal in Port Lavaca on Monday, March 22.

Pauline Irving shot a 107 for 15th place out of 65 golfers at Port Lavaca.

John Blaschke was also in the winner’s circle, earing a medal at Yorktown with an 86. Team mate Dillion shot a 99; Chris Payne, a 127.

In Port Lavaca, the Eagles scored 434. Dillion Starr shot a 101, followed by John Blaschke and Conner Payne, both with 102; and Edward Meza, 129.
