Mini-antique show set for Saturday at Senior Center

The Williamson Senior Citizens Center will host a mini antique show on Saturday, Nov. 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The public in welcome to attend.

Individuals who want to have their jewelry or antiques appraised may bring the items to the center. Appraisals are $5.

The center will also have a silent auction, bake sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and a snack bar will be provided.

Today, (Thursday, Nov. 20) the meal consists of enchilada casserole, beans and rice. Members must call by 9 a.m. to reserve a meal.

Larissa Hairell from Hospice of South Texas will call bingo at 12:30 on Tuesday, Nov. 25.

The center will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27.

Nominations for Group II Board members for 2009-2010 are closed. The election will be held Thursday, Dec. 11, from 9 a.m. - 1p.m.
