Woodsboro High School students who will advance to the UIL Regional Meet at Blinn College on Friday,  April 23, include (first row) Matt Steele, Brittany Cramer, Kasie Fierova, Faith Blaschke, and Toni Bouck. Woodsboro High School students will advance to the UIL Regional Meet at Blinn College on Friday, April 23.

The students competed in the UIL Academic District Meet on Saturday, March 27, in Ben Bolt.

The accounting team earned top honors. The team includes Toni Bouck, Brittany Cramer , Matt Stelle and Joseph Perez.

Individual winners include Cheyenne McGovern, who earned a first in prose; Kasie Fierova, a second in poetry; Kellie Andrade second in news writing; Toni Bouck, second in accounting; Brittany Cramer fifth in accounting; and Matt Steele, sixth in accounting.

Keith Young placed fourth in current issues & events; and Joseph Perez, fourth in calculator applications.
