The two-day celebration will kickoff with a teen dance on Friday at the Expo Center from 7 to 11 p.m. with DJ Cliff Smith and featuring rap group, Mania Boys.

Opening ceremonies will begin on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Mayor Ray Jaso. Lois Shaw will be guest speaker along with gospel singing, a skit performed by Joy Ministries Youth, and a Jazz bad featuring Jessie Dickerson of Refugio.
