The Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital will be the host site for an informative town hall meeting sponsored by the Texas A&M School of Nursing and Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach, Inc. at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 31. The meeting will be held in the Community Room and is open to the public. All are welcome to come and hear about how the drug crisis is affecting South Texas and the local area.
