American Electric Power Texas, Inc. is proposing the construction and installation of a new 100-foot self-supporting communication tower in Bee County located at 10578 FM 673, Mineral, Texas 78125.

The new tower will be located at Latitude: 28° 34' 34.6" N; Longitude: 097° 57' 12.6" in Bee County near Mineral, Texas. The proposed tower is a 100-foot self-supporting tower with appurtenances to a maximum height of 106 feet. The tower is to be located within the AEP Tango Substation compound and will be used solely to provide operational communications to this facility. In accordance with the Environmental Notification Process for the Registration of Antenna Structures at the Federal Communications Commission, an evaluation is being conducted of the potential impacts the proposed tower facility may have on the environment.
