NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that by virtue of certain Execution issued out of the Honorable County Court at Law #4 of Nueces County, Texas, on the 23rd day of August, 2019 by the clerk of said court for the total sum of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety and 78/100 ($8,890.78) dollars plus interest and costs of suit, under judgment in favor of Cooper Outdoor Advertising, Inc., in certain cause in said Court, No. 2019CCV-60190-4, styled Cooper Outdoor Advertising, Inc., vs. Rod C. Oliver, Individually and d/b/a Staghorn Restaurant, Defendant, placed in my hands for service, I, William Ainsworth, as Deputy Sheriff of Live Oak, County, Texas, did, on the 4th day of September, 2019, levy on certain real estate situated in Live Oak County, Texas, described as follows to wit:
A 4.63 acre tract of real property described as: 4.63 acres, more or less, being in the Bridget Fadden Survey, Abstract No. 178, situated in Live Oak County, Texas, also known as 1996 N. IH 37 Access.
and levied upon as the property of Rod C. Oliver and that on the first Tuesday in November 2019, the same being the 5th day of said month, at the Courthouse door of Live Oak County, 301 Houston Street, George West, Texas, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., by virtue of said levy and said Execution, I will offer for sale and sell at public sale, for cash, to the highest bidder, all of the right, title and interest of the said Rod C. Oliver, in and to said property, subject to any and all liens, mortgages or encumbrances. And in compliance with law, I give this notice by publication, in the English language, once a week for three consecutive weeks immediately preceding said day of sale, in a newspaper published in Live Oak County, Texas.
