Mary (Padron) Albiar, 92, of Sinton, formerly of Kenedy, died Friday, May 31, 2019, in Sinton.
Mrs. Albiar was born June 20, 1926, to Arcadio and Maria Mireles Padron in San Antonio. She was a retired beautician and a homemaker and was a devout Catholic.
She was preceded in death by her biological parents, Arcadio and Maria (Mireles) Padron; her parents, Jose Maria and Carmen (Mireles) Cantu; a sister, Elida Garza; and brothers, Arcadio Padron Jr., Joe Edward Cantu and Manuel Cantu.
Survivors include her husband, Albino Albiar of Runge; a daughter, Margie (Jerry) Villarreal of Sinton; sons, Jimmy (Isabel) Garcia of Canyon, David (Janie) Ozuna of Houston and Guale (Berta) Ozuna of Corpus Christi; a sister Melda Cantu of Kenedy; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
A rosary will be recited Monday, June 3, at 7 p.m. in the Eckols Funeral Home chapel.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, June 4, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church with the Rev. Nobert Hermann officiating. Interment followed in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
